As Service Project Manager you will experience dynamic working days when you deal with projects of varying size and mechanical complexity. You will work parallelly with several service projects. On top of projects, you will also be involved in service tasks, scheduled as well as breakdowns.
You will be responsible for end-to-end handling of the projects, from first contact with the
customer to invoicing of the finished project.
Your primary tasks are to:
• Clarify the scope and match expectations for the solutions
• Order spare parts
• Resource planning internally and for site
• Problem solver for on-site colleagues
You will lead the entire chain from sourcing of parts, drawings, documentation, CE marking
until final invoice.
With time, you will also join our engineers for service reviews on customer site, to secure
new upgrade projects.
Experience from a similar position or qualified to take the position
You may have a background as a welder or another relevant background combined with a
higher education, such as a technician or mechanical engineer.
Ideally you have experience in project management, for small scale projects, where you
have worked within process or gas industry.
With your existing tools, you will be the owner of projects, to which you can apply your skills,
logic and solutions, making you able to handle the project from start to finish.
Your energy and persistence combined with your focus on customer satisfaction, will be the
key to your success at Airco Process Technology.
You speak and write English fluently on negotiating level. Danish is a plus, but not required.
You are familiar with Navision and Microsoft office. You can expect 15-20 travel days per
