Founded in 2020, Airco Process Technology is a Danish forward-thinking company specializing in biogas upgrading and CO2 capturing units. Despite our young age, our team brings over 25 years of experience in CO2 capturing. With 50 employees and plans for significant growth, we handle everything from process development, plant design, manufacturing (assembly and welding activities), automation and service in our Fredericia office as well as installation and commissioning on site with our customers.
Position overview
As our colleague heading the area has taken upon him new areas of responsibility internally in Airco Process Technology, we’re looking for a new skilled and motivated QHSE Manager to join our team to drive the further development in this area. We hold an ISO 9001 certificate as well as PED Module A2 for our own production of pressure vessels, piping and assemblies. We are already in a good place but to further mature and develop our QHSE culture and -procedures we are looking for a motivated and skilled QHSE Manager.
If you have experience from a similar role in a project-oriented company serving highly professional customers, manufacturing products compliant to various CE directives for the process industry, and you value working in an international environment, you might be a perfect fit.
In your daily work you will be surrounded by a team of dedicated specialists and cooperating with all functions in the company.
Key responsibilities
- To maintain and develop our Quality Management System and to make sure we stay on top on our certifications.
- Manage HSE-activities in Fredericia and on sites inside and outside Denmark.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues from the Sales phase all the way through to Commissioning and Service.
- Secure QHSE awareness throughout the organization through a positive and proactive approach.
- To lead and build a team of internal auditors.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar level of education.
- A strong drive for quality and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Danish – spoken as well as written.
- High ambitions and a desire to make a significant impact. 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Thorough experience with ISO 9001.
- Good results from implementation of HSE tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to process plants.
- Experience with pressurized equipment will be an advantage.
